You will receive an email once the order is processed or available for pick-up at the shop.

We deliver the shipment from the Helsinki main warehouse through Posti services. All package shipments go straight to the logistics centre from our warehouse and they are under bar code tracking. Thanks to the Posti tracking system, the customer can check the location of the shipment at any time. We send the Posti item ID automatically by a text message or email.

Please note

Concerning Postal Parcel, Home Parcel and Express Parcel services 

  • The deliveries can be collected at the pickup point on the day of arrival by 7 pm, from both a post office and a parcel locker.
  • Posti keeps the shipments at the pickup point for 7 days, after which they are returned to the sender.
  • Express Parcels, which are sent to a consumer, can be collected from a real estate's own Smartpost-locker. The shipments are distributed to Smartpost lockers by 4 pm, after which, the recipient can collect them from there.

Postal parcel

Posti delivers Postal Parcels to be collected from a Pickup point within the time provided in the delivery time inquiry, for the most common connection routes, on the following weekday from mailing, or no later than on the third weekday from the mailing. The shipment can be collected from the Pickup point on the date of arrival before 6 pm. A notice of arrival is sent to the recipient. No electronic notice of arrival can be linked to shipments addressed to Åland Islands or to other addresses other than street addresses. 

Parcel locker (Smartpost)

The Posti parcel locker is an easy way to receive packages. 

The shipment is delivered to a parcel locker of your choice. The order can be collected on the following weekday from mailing, after 4 pm. The parcel is stored in the locker for 7 days after its arrival. The notice of the arrival and the parcel locker code is sent via text message. 

Home Parcel

Home parcel Posti contacts the recipient within 1 to 2 days from receiving the shipment and  agrees on the delivery date and time period of the shipment. If the recipient can not be reached, a contact request  is sent to the recipient. 

Pallet delivery to a consumer 

The shipment is delivered to the recipient on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. The customer is contacted before the shipment is delivered so that the delivery can be agreed on.

Small parcel

Delivery time 2 to 3 working days. 

The shipment can be tracked with the item ID attached to the shipment in Item Tracking. Small Parcels come with a light tracking service and the package always receives at least a marking for delivery. We deliver shipment to the consumer's mail slot or box. Deliveries are made on weekdays.

If the shipment does not fit the mail slot or box, the shipment will be delivered to the recipient's local postal outlet to be picked up. If the recipient does not collect the shipment from the postal outlet within 7 days, the shipment will be returned to the sender.

Corporate customers 

Delivery on working days before 4 pm

The order is delivered to customer premises on the day following the processing of the order by 4 pm. 

This delivery option is primarily meant for corporate customers. The customer is not called, and no delivery time is separately agreed upon. 

Collection of products

It is possible to collect the products from our office in Helsinki, at address Puusepänkatu 2D, 00880 between 9 am and 5 pm. If you are coming to collect your order outside our opening hours, please contact +358 10 321 5085, so we can agree on the pickup in more detail.
